Inspecting a Grays Point home requires a deep understanding of valley ecology, river moisture, and steep sloping block architecture. We focus intensely on the perimeter bordering the bushland and the water. Because homes are built on steep inclines cascading down the valley, retaining walls and split-level subfloors create complex, highly damp microclimates.
