1. Check the surface. Porcelain, ceramic and stone each need different cleaning products. Acidic cleaners will etch marble and travertine, so we confirm the tile type before anything goes on the floor.
2. Pre-treat. We apply a cleaner and give it time to break down grease, body oils and other contaminants.
3. Agitate. Grout is porous, so chemicals alone won’t shift soil that has soaked in. We scrub each line to loosen it.
4. Extract. A spinner tool blasts hot water into the surface and vacuums it out at the same time. The dirty water goes into the truck, not across your floor.
5. Rinse. We rinse off any residue so the floor doesn’t attract dirt again quickly.
6. Protect. If you’ve chosen professional sealing, we apply it once everything is dry.
